I have recommended James Terrell Law several times. I’ve always gotten excellent feedback for those who have used this firm. The attorney went to court for them and because it was a first offense all four times they didn’t even have to go to court. The attorney handled it all and got it either dismissed or reduced.

Mr. Terrell does not communicate well with his clients. He does not always respond to phone calls or text messages asking about the case, if he does it is in brief and non specific answers. He shows up late to the court date and sometimes does not show up at all, with no advance warning. Overall he does not hold up to his word. I wish I would not have been cheep and paid the higher fees for a different attorney. But now I am stuck with him, because I do not have the money to retain a new attorney.

I retained james terrell in 05 and after paying him it was extremely hard to get in contact with him. I had to catch him at court or in town to talk to him and he did as little as possible to look into my case, in fact I have no knowledge at all that he ever looked up anything or did any research at all. He didnt even show up to one of my court dates!
